By browsing WebsiteClonerAI, submitting a reference URL, placing an order, or using a delivered project, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are ordering for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

WebsiteClonerAI provides paid website recreation services focused on frontend presentation, route structure, editable React components, Tailwind styling, local assets where practical, verification screenshots, and project handoff notes. Unless specifically agreed in writing, the service does not copy private backend systems, databases, admin panels, authentication flows, payment flows, proprietary business logic, or server-side code.

A reference URL is a starting point, not a license to publish someone else's website. You may use WebsiteClonerAI for lawful purposes such as:

• Educational review, design study, internal prototyping, and non-public experimentation.
• Rebuilding a site you own, administer, or have permission to recreate.
• Creating a new site inspired by layout patterns, provided you replace protected copy, images, logos, marks, and brand identity with your own.
• Editing and transforming delivered code into a distinct website for your own business, client, or product.

Do not use WebsiteClonerAI to publish, sell, distribute, host, advertise, or pass off an outright clone of a third-party website. A clone that copies another party's protected expression, branding, trade dress, assets, copy, logos, confusingly similar layout, or commercial identity may violate copyright, trademark, unfair competition, privacy, publicity, anti-phishing, or other laws.

You are responsible for making sure the final site is lawful before it goes live. If you are not sure whether your use is permitted, get permission from the rights holder or talk to a qualified attorney before ordering or publishing the output.

You may not use the site, checkout, delivered files, or any WebsiteClonerAI workflow to:

• Impersonate another person, brand, website, product, government agency, financial institution, employer, school, or platform.
• Create phishing pages, credential collection pages, fake login flows, scam pages, malware delivery pages, or deceptive payment flows.
• Clone private, paywalled, confidential, hacked, or access-restricted pages without authorization.
• Submit passwords, API keys, private customer data, regulated data, or confidential materials that are not needed for the project.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, licensing notices, or attribution from material where removal is not allowed.
• Violate laws, platform policies, export controls, sanctions rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
• Interfere with the service, probe its systems, overload checkout, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of content, brand assets, notes, and other materials you provide. You grant WebsiteClonerAI a limited right to use those materials and submitted reference information to scope, build, verify, deliver, and support your project. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit or instruct us to use.

After full payment, you may use the delivered custom project for your own lawful business, client, or product, subject to these terms and any third-party licenses included in the project. WebsiteClonerAI does not transfer ownership of third-party websites, trademarks, copyrighted content, fonts, images, APIs, or other materials that we do not own or have permission to transfer.

Prices, included page counts, add-on page rates, and expected delivery notes are shown on the pricing page at checkout. Orders are custom service purchases. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account whether work has started, whether the order was scoped correctly, payment processor rules, fraud risk, and applicable law. Stripe or other payment fees may be non-refundable where allowed by law.

WebsiteClonerAI may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, code libraries, fonts, asset CDNs, or deployment platforms. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits, and availability issues. WebsiteClonerAI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

If you believe a submitted reference, delivered project, or customer use of WebsiteClonerAI infringes your intellectual property rights, contact legal@websiteclonerai.com with enough detail to identify the work, the claimed infringement, your contact information, and your authority to act for the rights holder. WebsiteClonerAI may refuse, pause, remove, or modify orders that appear unlawful, abusive, or likely to infringe third-party rights.

WebsiteClonerAI can help create editable code from a website reference, but it does not provide legal advice and does not decide whether your final use is fair use, licensed, non-infringing, or otherwise lawful. You are responsible for your instructions, reference selection, edits, publication, marketing, and deployment.

The service and delivered files are provided as custom project work without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, identical to a reference, compatible with every environment, or suitable for every legal or commercial purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WebsiteClonerAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

WebsiteClonerAI may refuse, cancel, suspend, or stop work on any request that appears illegal, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, outside scope, impossible to complete responsibly, or inconsistent with these terms. We may also restrict access to the site or checkout if needed to protect the service or others.

We may update these Terms of Use as the service changes. The updated date at the top shows when this page last changed. Continued use of the site or service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
